Step 1

Initial Consultation

Your project begins with a warm, in-home consultation where we explore your space, your frustrations, your vision, and the style direction that feels most like you.

Over 90 minutes, we walk through your home, discuss colour palettes, layout possibilities, timelines, and the goals you want to achieve. From there, you receive a personalised proposal outlining the scope of work, design direction, fees, payment schedule, and the foundational palette that will guide your entire transformation.

Step 2

Shopping Experience

This phase blends inspiration with clarity. We start with a guided shopping experience through Perth’s best showrooms to understand the pieces and textures you naturally gravitate toward.

With this insight, our team develops your digital lookbook, floor plans, and photorealistic 3D visuals, allowing you to see your future home come to life before committing. We present all concepts, materials, and furniture selections in a comprehensive session, giving you confidence in every decision.

Step 3

3D Visuals & Look Book

We translate your style and needs into a curated visual concept, presenting a cohesive look book that showcases textures, colours, and styling direction, along with suggestions tailored to your home’s architecture, lighting, and atmosphere.

This is supported by 3D visuals that help you picture the space with clarity. Together, these elements form a clear design story that guides the sourcing phase and becomes the blueprint for all future selections.

Step 4

Procurement, Logistics & Project Management

This is where your project gathers momentum behind the scenes. We manage delivery timelines, courier schedules, tracking, and storage while keeping everything organised in our logistics system. Once all furnishings and trade works are complete, we meet with you to confirm décor and styling requirements and gather any additional quotes needed.

When approved and invoiced, we schedule your styling day and prepare all accessories, greenery, décor, and artwork required to complete your space.

Step 5

Interior Styling

On styling day, your vision becomes reality. Our team installs and styles every piece, from furniture placement to the smallest curated detail, ensuring your home looks cohesive, elevated, and “magazine-ready.”

After styling, we reconcile décor costs and final invoices, then complete the project with a warm handover, care instructions, and professional photography where applicable. Your home is complete, and we celebrate the transformation with you.
