A seamless turnkey experience for our overseas clients relocating from Canada to Perth, the Peppermint Grove project was a full-service design and project management journey from start to finish. With complete access to the property, Neo Interior Design managed every detail, from planning and procurement to installation and final styling, ensuring the home was move-in ready upon their arrival in Australia in late 2023.
Designed in a contemporary luxe style, the palette features rich greens, blues, browns, greys, walnut tones, charcoal, black, white, and brass accents, layered with earthy, nature inspired textures, and a sophisticated balance of warm and cool tones.
We thoughtfully blended the clients’ existing Canadian furniture with new, locally sourced pieces, replicating and complementing their original design preferences to create a cohesive and elevated feel. The first floor was tailored to the children, incorporating functional storage, custom rugs, and playful yet refined wallpapers in each bedroom. The second floor was designed for the adults, prioritising comfort and practicality in key entertaining spaces perfect for hosting family and friends.
Additional scope included a complete internal repaint, intelligent storage solutions throughout, and maintaining a fully equipped home gym. Neo Interior Design coordinated with all trades, suppliers, and logistics to ensure smooth execution, quality control, and timely delivery, with all products arriving safely and meeting the highest standards.
